All Open & Lower Age groups to be played on Grass. 

The Middle events will be played on Astroturf

Your players should be signed onto your team for the current 2025 /2026 season

Academy Players (RULING FOR STOCKTON TOWN EVENT)

Any Grass Root Teams containing U9 & U10 Academy Players for 2025/2026 season must enter the Open section at the year group above. 

This is to be capped at Two Players maximum. You must have proof that they are signed onto your team for 2025/2026 season. You can’t just bring along an academy player along to be a guest for the day.

No Lower Teams can contain academy players regardless of your division status.

No Academy Players at U11 – U16 can take part in the competition.

North East Clubs which allow Academy players to mix with grassroots at U9/U10

UNDER 10 – 2 x 4 Teams (3 group Games & semi-final guaranteed)
UNDER 11 – 2 x 4 Teams (3 group Games & semi-final guaranteed)
UNDER 12 – 2 x 4 Teams (3 group Games & semi-final guaranteed)
UNDER 13 – 1 x 5 Teams (4 group Games & final guaranteed providing don’t finish 5th place)

These Tournaments offer a two-final policy for all age groups. Gold & Silver Cup

NO REFUNDS (if the fault of the booker)

REFUNDS GIVEN (if the fault of the event organiser)

WEATHER CANCELATION (if an event goes down because of Weather, then a credit will be issued for a period of 365 days

Teams who enter incorrectly will be credited for a period of 365 days providing we fill your space!
